Expert Mental Health Care for Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, and Schizophrenia
Comprehensive Care for Bipolar Disorder and the Mood Spectrum
People with mood disorders typically do not fit neatly into diagnostic boxes. Our treatment philosophy views mood illness as a broad spectrum of possible pictures– no two presentations are identical, and this allows our approach to be completely individualized.
We incorporate multiple modalities in addition to medication management to propel our patients toward lifelong stability.
Compassionate and Personalized Depression Management
Depression represents a version of mood illness with multiple sub-types and requires delicate consideration to ensure diagnostic accuracy. We take into account multiple theoretical perspectives on Depression’s root causes and prioritize safe, effective, and evidence-based treatments from medication, to exercise regimens, to over-the-counter nutritional supplementation.

Seventh Street now accepts most major commercial insurance plans, including Amerihealth NJ, Independence PA, Aetna, and Cigna, with additional carriers being added on an ongoing basis. If we're not yet in-network with your specific plan, out-of-network benefits or self-pay options are available — just ask during your consultation. Regardless of how a visit is billed, insurance companies do not dictate the length, frequency, or direction of your treatment; those decisions are made clinically, based on what you need. Our goal is long-term stabilization, with follow-up appointments scheduled only as often as necessary.
